We custom build flight cases to the highest standard, and are available in any shape or style for your particular casing requirements. Our cases are made to full flight specification, with a choice of options for your particular need. For regular strength cases we use either 7mm or 10mm Scandinavian birch plywood laminated with HPL plastic laminate (recognised to be the toughest material for flight cases), available in a choice of colours, or light weight Astroboard, which makes cases 70% lighter. We do not use MDF or chipboard like some manufacturers! All cases are made with aluminium extrusions, steel corners and hardware, recessed flip handles and butterfly catches, and aluminium pop rivets. Cases are lined with high density foam, and can have high quality Guitel castors fitted if required, either 4 fitted on a dolly, or 2 right angle corner castors for dragging. Cases are made strictly to order, so any special requests are possible. We are also able to supply electronics and electrical fittings for cases, i.e. power distribution, audio looms, extension cables, etc. We guarantee the best prices around, and will beat any confirmed quote for the same specification case. (Example: 4u 7mm board shock case £226, 10u £300) For lift off top (for mixers) add £60. Not available for shock mounted cases. Add £40 for 100mm castors on full dolly (Heavy duty cases only).
